At Lattafa Pakistan, we strive to ensure your fragrance experience is perfect; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Please note that due to hygiene standards in the beauty industry, we can only accept returns on items that remain unopened and in their original shrink-wrapped packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos of the product.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is acknowledged, our team will review the provided images to ensure the seal is intact and the item meets our return eligibility criteria.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the fragrance securely in its original box and outer shipping carton to prevent any leakage or damage during the return transit.

• 4.
  Processing Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and verify the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 5-7 business days.
